  2. What do we do? • Provide technical and management support on PHN to: • LAC Bureau Managers • LAC Field Missions • Manage regional PHN programs • LAC input to Agency PHN processes • USAID input to regional institutions

How do we organize work? • Technical topic is primary factor • missions work with various advisors • strengthens relationship to regional programs • Country coordinators in LAC Bureau • except Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Haiti • focus on mission programs and strategies • Frequent consultations • among LAC PHN advisors • with G/PHN colleagues
