    • As of Dec. 1, 2011, we are required by law to use the new Federal Chain of Custody forms.
  • If you have not already done so, please make sure you start using the new forms and destroy the old forms immediately.

  • Although progress has been made in many branches, the company policy of ‘No Certificate, No Exemption’, and other procedures, is not being enforced in all cases, requiring us to publish this mandatory webcast to assist you.
  • This 15 minute webcast has been designed to help you:
    • Create awareness regarding the management of tax certificates and exemptions
    • Provide education pertaining to the proper administration of tax certificates and exemptions
