  7. How b2Email Standard Works ?Automatic Mode Defines the recipients of each report and sends a message Every time this report is run to the b2Email device, it is sent to the e-mail address defined by the broker.

  9. How b2Email Standard Works ?Automatic Mode This is very useful for nightly jobs run in batch! If a report is defined in the b2Email broker session, the b2Email device will pick the broker definitions to automatically e-mail, print or archive the output coming out of Baan.

  15. How b2Email Standard Works ?Sending Formats - BPF b2Email allows you to send Baan reports in BPF format, ready to be printed by BWPrint. The advantage of this option is that reports can be printed in a remote location in the same format as produced by Baan, and cannot be viewed unless somebody has a BW Client installed.

  16. How b2Email Standard Works ?Sending Formats – PDF PDF files became the Ad-Hoc standard for sending business documents by e-mail. You can send Order Acknowledgements, Purchase Orders, Reminders and many other documents as PDF files to your business partners.

  17. How b2Email Standard Works ?Sending Formats – Secure PDF • You can generate a secure PDF file that: • Cannot be printed • Cannot be edited (even with Acrobat Writer) • Cannot Copy and Paste text from it • Locked with a password

  18. How b2Email Standard Works ?Sending Formats – CSV b2Email turns Baan report output to a CSV file and sends it by e-mail to be viewed by Ms-Excel. Report titles will be automatically removed by B2Email.
