Once contact has been made with the correct party, the call is transferred to your agents. *Primarily directed towards student aid and first-party markets.

  12. FAQ • What hours do you make calls? We make calls at different times of the day during the length of time we service your accounts, but we focus on primetime hours. This includes evenings and weekends. When dialing POE information, we focus on times of the day that each business is open and the exact time zone they are located in. • Does Accutrac offer a free test? Since our product is labor-driven, we do not offer any free tests because of the resources invested into working each account. Accutrac is looking to form a partnership with our clients that is long-term and not just a one-time drop of test accounts. • What volume of accounts can Accutrac handle? Accutrac’s product platforms are built to have the ability to work large volumes of accounts. Our goal is to build a partnership with our clients so there is some consistency to your monthly volume.  Please contact us to discuss a plan to work your accounts efficiently and build a positive relationship.

  13. FAQ • What is your turn-around time? Our turn-around time is generally 10-14 days. Regardless of the size of the file, we require enough time to compile data and make several calls during primetime hours. • How is Accutrac’s security? Accutrac will begin SOC 2 compliance in 2016 and our policies follow the guidelines set forth by FISMA and ISO 27001. We can also work with you to build a file-transferring system that meets your company’s security requirements. • Is Accutrac a batch company? No, we do not offer batch data. Accutrac is a fully-staffed skip tracing company. Our goal is to work each account individually and offer our clients a verified solution. • Does Accutrac outsource any of their accounts? No. All of the accounts placed with Accutrac are worked out of our location in Anderson, IN.
