  4. Strategic Entrepreneurship: Collaboration Strategies to Maximize Resources for Entrepreneurship Centers During these challenging economic times, a community college with an existing entrepreneurial program can become even more entrepreneurial by using creative strategies that will leverage existing resources in order to earn additional revenue for the institution. The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies (CES) was launched in August 2010. Collaborating with the College’s Woman Owned Business Program, it has been highly successful at nurturing young business entrepreneurs with the following resources: i) credit and non-credit course offerings; ii) business incubators; iii) consulting services; iv) external partnerships with business associations. Quality programming is available through credit and non-credit courses in the College’s Business and Entrepreneurial Initiatives, and Continuing Education and Workforce Development divisions. The CES and Woman Owned Business programs share staff and enable both credit and non-credit seeking students to enroll in the same courses, in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
