  3. Physical distancing during this public health crisis can come at a high cost to seniors' mental health and well-being, resulting in loneliness, anxiety, depression, and cognitive problems.

Submit prayer requests and take time to pray daily

Example Routine/Schedule Afternoon Evening Morning Prepare dinner and eat Clean kitchen and dishes Video chat with family or friend Play a game or do a puzzle Personal care- bath, brush teeth, prepare for bed Unwind- read, music, meditate Personal care- brush teeth, wash, get dressed Prepare breakfast and eat Morning Activity- take a walk, exercise, do a craft, garden, do chores, call or video chat with a friend Quiet break time - read, listen to music, enjoy a cup of coffee, nap Prepare lunch and eat Relax- Listen to music, watch a movie, do a puzzle Afternoon activity- take a walk, exercise, do a craft, garden, do chores Nap
