Introduce the milestones you should meet • e.g., begin system testing well before delivery 3. Designate a time at which all requirements frozen The remaining steps depend on the process used. Assume an iterative process. 4. Show first iteration: establishes minimal capability • usually: keep it very modest, even trivial, in capability • benefit: exercises the development process itself 5.
