  3. Staffing (full time equivalent – FTE) of Classroom teacher • Actual FTE as of 9/4/07 417. 4 First day of school • Actual FTE as of 12/1/07 424

  4. THE BIG PICTURE TODAY • Total Enrollment Increase as of 12/1 +84 Students • Approved FTE Increase as of 12/1 +4 FTE (classroom teachers) ( Kindergarten teachers: Earhart, Lum, Ruby Bridges, Washington)

  5. Additional Human Resources Data and Implications • Placement Need (subject area)/Trend • Special Education(Most challenging to fill) • Speech Therapist • Psychologist • SPED Preschool Teacher Math and Science( will continue to be a focus for recruitment)
