SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY and READINESS CHART Is a rubric that helps determine the level of progress a campus or district has made towards meeting the optimal expectations of the Texas Long-Range Plan for Technology. What is STaR Chart?
Teaching and Learning • Educator preparation and development • Leadership, administration and instructional support • Infrastructure for technology Each Key Area is divided into Focus Area.
