  1. Advantages of Using HDPE Plastic Bags There are various packaging options on the market, but one of the most commonly used packaging materials is polyethylene. It is the most durable type of plastic available today due to its chemical resistance properties and low cost. Easily Recyclable Plastic bags can be easily recycled and require less energy compared to other packaging materials. It also creates 80% less solid waste than paper.  Superior Flexibility Low density polyethylene (LDPE) another form of PET is a highly flexible material and is used for primary products around the globe. The material is soft, puncture resistant, high clarity, heat saleable and thus proves to be suitable for packaging. Excellent Rigidity Polyethylene Merthiolate (PET), derived from polyethylene, provides superior rigidity compared to other plastics. It maintains its solid protective structure and has excellent moisture-resistant properties Durable The PE is very durable and externally motivated to ensure that the content is stored properly. HDPE a type of PE is puncture resistant, tear resistant and lower stretch. An example of this material is grocery bags, garbage bags, retail packing bags and packaging films.

  2. Economical Along with a moisture barrier, high density polyethylene (HDPE) type of PE is a low cost, easy to process and airtight packaging product. Shampoo and oil bottles, household cleaner bottles, flower pots, drums are all made from HDPE and o?er sealed containers for marketing appeal.  Extremely Lightweight PE is lightweight and does not require much storage space. Because of this, it is easy to transport, which reduces the carbon footprint during transport. Highly Adaptable Polyethylene is very versatile and customisation. Along with security, it o?ers a wide range of media options to support the product making it flexible. Enhanced Protection Polythene is leakage proof which means it does not allow water vapour to pass through it. It can be heat sealed, meaning the plastic can be wrapped around the product and secured with an airtight seal. Choosing the right HDPE plastic bags from the wide range of options available can prove to be a somewhat complicated task. The reason for this may be primarily that plastic bags are made from a variety of materials, where each material endows users with some specific property.
