Research • Highlighted the following: 1.Objectives- • identification of trafficking trends to develop appropriate responses • Identify the purpose of human trafficking • Make recommendations based on the findings etc. 2. Research design and methodology Multi – disciplinary team of experts appointed representing law, criminology etc

Legal • Research findings and recommendations set out the basis for national policy framework demanded by the Bill • Lack of resource allocation for the implementation needs attention • As a policy measure, position – recommend that directives and instructions be drafted on the same multi – sectoral collaboration basis as the national policy framework
