Developing skills & working with tertiary - Education & industry partnerships eg, Youth Guarantees Network, online job profile tools

Working with tertiary eg, best example is at Masters level

More detailed exploration of the gaps – what are the trends and what sectors are growing?

More co-investment between government, councils, business & philanthropists  need to fill the gaps
