Apply a built in animation effect to text or an object • Select the text or object that you want to animate. • On the Animations tab, in the Animations group, select the animation effect that you want from the Animate list. For the points above, click on the text area and add an animation so that the text would fly in as you click through the Presentation. The two points should fly in one at a time.

  6. Custom Animations Follow the steps for creating a custom animation so that the basketball bounces up and down to each X and then disappears up at the basketball hoop.
