  2. 1. Implementation of EU acquis In the field of health care: Health Care Act – for doctors, dentists, nurses, midwives (MoSA) Medicinal Products Act – pharmacists (MoSA) Government Regulation on health care worker training content (MoER)

Other issues • Coordination between ministries assists in information exchange and preempting problems: - Inter-ministerial working group chaired by MoER with representatives from all ministries with regulated professions under their jurisdiction (general system and sectoral professions) • Language: recognition legislation has no language requirements (all issues covered by Language Act)

  5. 4. After accession Types of certificates issued: • Health Care Board: acquired rights, right to practise, good standing, content of training, equivalence • MoER: content of training, attestation, explanatory texts
