4. Automation Sharepoint • The Automation Sharepoint was released during November, 2009 • Training done via conference call

Automation Friday • “Automation Friday Series” • Information on commercially available equipment to allow sites to gather information without having to give contact information to sales staff. • All vendors are asked to give an overview of their products, any new development and answer questions.

9. Printer Evaluation • Printers problems are extremely common throughout the system • Rate the different available printers • Tips and Tricks

10. Software Evaluation • Many COTS Software Programs in use in the system. • Develop information on the program • How does in interface with VistA • Tips and Tricks • Ratings

11. Workgroup Membership • Membership application is available • Must be able to attend virtual meetings on a weekly basis • Complete assignments outside of your facility assignments
