  3. Collaborative mode Dr. Edberg, Visualization Specialist at ARSC visited PMEL in March, 2001. First successful test of collaborative-mode I-Desk connection between PMEL and Supercomputing Center. Work continues to improve environment, connection speed, analysis tools, etc. • Month 4 - Collaborative mode • Month 6 - Develop data converters • Month 8 - Create wall projection device • Month 12 - Present efforts at meetings • Month 12 - Create CVEs for co-located • line offices

Data converter/interpreter gateways • Month 4 - Collaborative mode • Month 6 - Develop data converters • Month 8 - Create wall projection device • Month 12 - Present efforts at meetings • Month 12 - Create CVEs for co-located • line offices Work continues on integrating Java and C++ data conversion tools into the work environment at PMEL. This includes adding I-Desk data output to Ferret, EPIC, and Matlab - the three most popular analysis tools at the lab.
