Immersive Experiences

An “immersive experience” is when someone gets so deeply involved in an experience that they may enter into an altered state of mind or being. They might find themselves in another world or experiencing someone else’s reality. This is more than trivially using a product or going through a service experience, it is about triggering memories and activating senses. It is about having a flow experience while engaging in an activity.
