Ocean Renewable Power Company • Director of Environmental Affairs • ORPC successful installed the first federally-licensed, grid-connected non-dam tidal energy project in the Americas in 2012. • In my position, I lead ORPC's site licensing and permitting efforts, leveraging local and global relationships to develop innovative approaches to marine hydrokinetic permitting and environmental monitoring. I am a native of Long Island, Maine, with a diverse background that includes commercial fishing, construction management and more than ten years in environmental engineering. 3
