Building Trust in Leadership Teams: Engaging Activities for Success
This workshop focuses on the essential process of building trust within leadership teams. Participants will engage in open, sometimes uncomfortable discussions that promote honest communication and the creation of a "Circle of Trust." Through various activities, including the Tennis Ball Activity and Fishbowl Activity, team members will confront realities, discuss the "undiscussables," and learn Covey’s 13 Behaviors of Trust. The goal is to enhance participation and develop actionable feedback mechanisms to strengthen team dynamics and influence positive change.
