Oд 2007. године када је Комесаријат за избеглице започео активности на изради и усвајању за локалних акционих планова представници 126 општина/градова завршило је обуке за израду локалних акционих планова 99општине/града су усвојиле ЛАП-ове 120 општина/градова је формирало Савете за миграције и трајна решења 80%од укупног броја општина и градова је формирало посебне буџетске линије Since 2007 when the Commissariat for Refugees commenced with activities related to the development and implementation of local action plans a total of 126 municipalities / cities successfully completed training exercises related to the development of Local Action Plans 99 municipalities / cities have adopted the Local Action Plans 120 municipalities / cities have established Councils for Migrations and Durable Solutions 80% of the total number of municipalities and cities involved have established budget provisions reserved for programs concerning refugees and IDP’s Речено – учињено Done As Promised

Комесаријат за избеглице je, од децембра 2008. године, из буџета РС издвојио 3,5милиона евраза подршку општинама и градовима у изналажењу трајних решења за избеглице и побољшавању животних услова интерно расељених лица. From December 2008, the Commissariat for Refugees has set aside a total of 3,5million Eurofrom the budget of the Republic of Serbia, for the purpose of supporting cities and municipalitiesin their efforts at achieving durable solutions for refugees, as well as for the improvement of the living conditions of internally displaced persons. Овим средствима обезбеђена је куповина 920 пакета грађевинског материјала и додела 495грантова за доходовне активности By means of the aforementioned resources, the purchase of 920 packagesof building materials and the donation of some 495 grants designed to support income generating activities have been made possible Речено – учињено Done As Promised

У децембру 2010. године, Комесаријат за избеглице је из буџета РС издвојио додатних 600.000 евранамењених куповини 120пакета грађевинског материјала и донацији 145пакета за економско оснаживање In December of 2010, the Commissariat for Refugees procured an additional 600.000 Eurofrom the budget of the Republic of Serbia for the purpose of acquiring a further 120packages of building materials and donating some 145 additionalgrants designed to support income generating activities Речено – учињено Done As Promised

Опредељеним средствима обeзбеђено је стамбено збрињавање и економско оснаживање избеглих и интерно расељених лица са територије 59 општина/градова у РС By means of the funds procured, housing solutions and programs designed towards the economic strengthening of refugees and IDP’s from the territories of some 59 cities / municipalities in the Republic of Serbia have been provided Речено – учињено Done As Promised

  7. Учешће општина/градова у Програму износи 10%вредности опредељених средстава. The extent of the financial contribution made on behalf of the municipalities / cities participating in the program amounts to 10 % of the total value of the allocated funds. Речено – учињено Done As Promised

Током 2010. године приведена је крају се реализација Пројекта ИПА 2007, вредног 9,5милиона евра, који је финансиран средствима ЕУ преко Делегације Европске уније у РС In 2010, the IPA Project for 2007 has been brought closer to conclusion. У оквиру пројекта ИПА 2007 Усељеноје 192стамбене јединице за социјално становање у заштићеним условима, док ће преосталих 60 бити усељено у предстојећем периоду; Донирано је 74 монтажне куће; Донирано је 392пакета грађевинског материјала; Подељено је549 грантова за доходовне активности. The IPA 2007 project has provided for: The construction and settlement of 192 housing units intended as social housing in a supportive environment, the remainder of which (60 housing units) will be settled in the upcoming period The donation of 74prefabricated houses; The donation of 392 packages of building material; The distribution of some 549 grants aimed towards supporting income generating activities.   10. Почетком 2010, започело се са реализацијом Пројекта ИПА 2008, вредног 4,2 милиона евра, који је финансиран средствима ЕУ преко Делегације Европске уније у РС. Пројекат се наставља током 2010. године At the beginning of 2010, the Commissariat for refugees commenced with the implementation of the IPA 2008 Project valued at 4,2million Euro and being financed by the EU through the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia. Поменутим Пројектом је обезбеђено: Изградња 95стамбених јединица намењених социјалном становању у заштићеним условима; Донација 40 монтажних кућа; Куповина 236пакета грађевинског материјала; Донација390 грантова за доходовне активности. The aforementioned project has provided for: The construction of 95 housing units intended as social housing in a supportive environment; The donation of 40 prefabricated houses; The acquisition of 236 packages of building materials; The donation of 390 grants aimed towards supporting income generating activities. Током 2010. године је додељено 73 пакета грађевинског материјала Додељено је 19монтажних кућа Започело се активностима на изградњи 95 стамбених јединица У току је реализација 296 пакета за економско оснаживање Over the course of 2010 a total of 73 packages of building materials have been distributed 19 prefabricated houses have been allocated to their respective beneficiaries Activities concerning the construction of 95 housing units have commenced The allocation of some 296 grants aimed at providing the means for the economic strengthening of the target groups is currently underway Речено – учињено Done As Promised

У мају 2010. године започело се са реализацијом Пројекта “Помоћ Комесаријату за избеглице Републике Србије намењена избеглицама и интерно расељеним лицима кроз пружање подршке локалним акционим плановима“, финансираног од стране УНХЦР-а износом од 80 милиона динара. In May 2010, the Commissariat for Refugees has commenced with the implementation of the Project “Support to the Commissariat for Refugees through the Support of Local Action Plans”, financed by the UNHCR and valued at a total of RSD 80 million.   14. У оквиру Пројекта је: Откупљено 110 домаћинстава са окућницом; Донирано 13 пакета грађевинског материјала; Донирано 14 пакета за економско оснаживање. Within the scope of the Project: 110 houses with households have been acquired; 13 packages of building material have been donated; The donation of 14grants aimed at supporting income generating activities has been achieved. Комесаријат за избеглице је на основу сагласности Владе РС иницирао Програм Доплатна поштанска маркица “Кров” којим је обезбеђен откуп 8 домаћинстава са окућницом намењених најугороженијим избеглим и интерно расељеним лицима. The Commissariat for Refugees has, in accordance with the expressed approval of Government of the Republic of Serbia initiated the Program: Postage-stamps “The roof,” by means of which 8 houses with households intended for the most vulnerable categories of refugees and IDP’s have been acquired. Пројектом„Обезбеђивање достојанствених решења и подршка самоодрживости за избегла и интерно расељена лица која живе у колективним центрима или приватном смештају у Србији“, финансираног од стране УНХЦР – а обезбеђена је додела 134 пакета грађевинског материјала, донација 40 монтажних кућа, откуп 50 домаћинстава са окућницом и 169 пакета за економско оснаживање The Project, “Provision of Dignified Solutions and Support to Self Sustainability for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons Living in Collective Centers or Private Accommodations in Serbia,” financed on behalf of the UNHCR, has made possible the donation of: 134packages of building materials, 40prefabricated housing units, the acquisition of50housing units with households and the donation of 169grants designed towards providing for the economic strengthening of the target groups Речено – учињено Done As Promised

  17. Средствима Владе САД-а обезбеђена је изградња 20 стамбених јединица за социјално становање у заштићеним условима у Граду Београду. By means of the resources provided by the government of the U.S. a total of 20 housing units intended as social housing in a supportive environment have been constructed within the city of Belgrade. Средствима УНХЦР-а и хуманитарне организације ХОД изграђено 13 стамбених јединица за социјално становање у заштићеним условима у Пријепољу 13 housing units intended for use as social housing in a supportive environment have been constructed in Prijepolje using the resources donated on behalf of the UNHCR and the humanitarian organization H.O.D. Средствима Владе Савезне Републике Немачке обезбеђено је изградња 10 стамбених јединица за социјално становање у заштићеним условима у Општини Топола и 10стамбених јединица у Граду Крушевцу 10 housing units, intended for use as social housing in a supportive environment within the municipality of Topola and a further 10 housing units in the city of Kruševac have been constructed by means of the resources donated on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany Речено – учињено Done As Promised

Средствима Владе САД-а обезбеђена је изградња 20стамбених јединица за социјално становање у заштићеним условима у Граду Београду које ће реализовати УНХЦР и 17 стамбених јединица у Кладову које ће реализовати ДРЦ By means of the resourced donated on behalf of the Government of the U.S. the construction of 20 housing units intended for use as social housing in a supportive environment in the city of Belgrade and a further 17 housing units in Kladovo has been made possible. The construction of the former is to be undertaken through the UNHCR and the latter through the DRC Речено – учињено Done As Promised

Средствима Националног инвестиционог плана обезбеђена је грања 20 стамбених јединица за социјално становање у заштићеним условима у Пожаревцу The resources derived from the National Investment Plan have enabled the construction of 20 housing units in Požarevac intended as social housing in a protectiveenvironment Речено – учињено Done As Promised

Током 2010. године обезбеђено је: 435 стамбених јединица јединица за социјално становање у заштићеним условима ; откуп 198 домаћинстава са окућницом; Донација 1.077 пакета грађевинског материјала; Реализација 1.231 доходовних активности; донација 79монтажних кућа; Over the course of 2010, the following has been provided: 435 housing units intended as social housing in a supportive environment; The acquisition of 198 houses with households; The donation of 1,077 packages of building materials; The successful implementation of 1,231 income generating activities; The donation of 79 prefabricated houses; Речено – учињено Done As Promised

У 2010 години обезбеђено је решавање стамбеног питања за 1.789породица избеглих и интерно расељених лица и економско оснаживање 1.231породица In 2010, housing solutions for some 1,789 families of refugee and internally displaced persons have been provided along with programs contributing to the economic strengthening of some 1,231 families Речено – учињено Done As Promised

  24. Током године текуће исплаћено је 2.500 једнократних новчаних помоћи, најугроженијим лицима, намењених куповини огрева и лекова. In the current year, a total of 2,500 grants of one time financial assistance intended for the acquisition of medication and heating have been bequeathed to those persons considered as being the most vulnerable.   25. Подељено је 12.700 пакета хране за чију је куповину издвојено 33.670.000 динара A total of 12,700 packages of food items have been distributed for which a total of 33,670,000 RSDhas been set aside and subsequently expended Речено – учињено Done As Promised

Корисницима 24 колективна центра у РС, су подељени пакети гардеробе вредни 17.194.506,88 динара које је Влада РС уступила Комесаријату за избеглице а које је Министарство финансија одузело у процесу теренске контроле. To the residents of the 24 collective centers in the Republic of Serbia, packages of clothing with a total value of 17,194,506.88 RSD have been distributed. The packages of clothing, originally confiscated by the Ministry of Finance over the course of the controls conducted in the field by the same, were handed over to the Commissariat for Refugees for subsequent redistribution on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. У периоду 2008 – 2010. године, заједничким напорима Републике Србије и међународне заједнице је обезбеђено: 620 стамбених јединица; 567 сеоских домаћинстава; 1.876 пакета грађевинског материјала; 2.325 доходовних активности; 176 монтажних кућа; In the period 2008 – 2010, by means of the joint efforts exerted on behalf of the Republic of Serbia and the International Community, the following has been provided: 620housing units; 567village households; 1,876packages of building materials; 2,325income generating activities; 176prefabricated houses; Речено – учињено Done As Promised

Захваљујући напорима Републике Србије и међународне заједнице у периоду од 2008. до 2010. године обезбеђено је решење стамбених питања 3.239породица избеглих и интерно расељених лица и економски је оснажено 2.325 корисничких породица Thanks to the efforts exerted on behalf of the Republic of Serbia and the International Community, from 2008 to 2010, a total of 3,239 housing solutions have been provided for the families of refugee and internally displaced persons in addition to the economic strengthening of some 2,325 families of beneficiaries Речено – учињено Done As Promised
