Imagine… • If 10,000 employees banded together from one industry to make a difference in one city • If that city was Charlotte and the industry wasn't banking, but insurance • A city where insurance is known more for helping than anything else Well, no need to imagine. That effort is already underway and we invite you to be a part of something great in our local insurance industry and our community.

Our Initial Goals • Band together as an industry to help advance one local charity at a time • Typically a capital campaign • Select a new charity every 1-2 years • Our initial charity is United Family Services (Now Safe Alliance) • Showcase the good that our industry and our employees do for our local communities • Highlight the charitable efforts of each firm, even if not directly related to Community Matters or our selected charity • Build camaraderie throughout our industry
