  1. Nucleus and Lysosome Omari Watson, Ahmed Jackson, Dominic Clark, Matt Brader

  2. What does the organelle look like? • Lysosome • -It looks like a small circle filled with enzymes and proteins. • Nucleus • - The nucleus is surrounded by two layers of membrane and it is filled with a fluid called cytoplasm.

  3. What kind of cells have the organelle? • Lysosome • Eukaryotic, animal and plant cells have lysosome. • Nucleus • - Eukaryotic, animal, and plant cells have a nucleus.

  4. Where in the cell is the organelle located? • Lysosome • It is located floating within the cytoplasm. • Nucleus • The nucleus is located in the center of the cell.

  5. What does the organelle do for the cell. • Lysosome • The lysosome contains a digestive enzyme that helps break down food and engulf viruses and bacteria. • Nucleus • The nucleus is like the brain of the cell it contains the genetic information of the cell.

  6. Role in a factory • Lysosome • In a factory this organelle would be the junior cleaning all the messes. • Nucleus In a factory this organelle would be the manager.
