  1. Defoamers: A leading exportable intermediate good Defoamers are probably one of the most exported intermediate goods in the industrial sector. Considering its functionality, rightly so. Defoamers carry the potential to improve the efficiency, usability, appearance, integrity, and profitability of industrial end products. Defoamer’s ability o get rid of entrained air, is a property that is most highly valued in the industrial sector. With the agent’s strong affinity to the air-liquid surface, the foam layers on industrial process liquids are completely eliminated. India excels in the process of defoamer manufacturing and considering its industrial demand worldwide, is also a major global exporter of the product. What calls for a defoamer? A variety of defects in the industrial process can result in foam formation that will eventually raise the need for a defoaming agent.
