Voting Item- NPRR 570 • NPRR 570 will initiate a phased approach to reduce the Real Time Settlement Timeline to 5 days and Final Settlement Timeline to the 55th day after the operating day. • Initial Settlement will move to Operating Day +6 upon approval of the NPRR • Initial Settlement will move to Operating Day +5 on 5/1/2014 and move the Final Settlement to Operating Day +55 • The NPRR is the result of the combined COPS and CSWG workshops discussing ways to change the settlement timeline in order to reduce risk of financial default and in line with increases in the SWOC • The NPRR may not be an end state for the settlement timeline • CSWG under COPS direction will continue to evaluate opportunities to further reduce risk and monitor impacts to accuracy and data availability during this process • Recommend approval of NPRR 570

Voting Item- COPMGRR 036 • Commercial Operations Market Guide Revision Request 036 will align the Market Guide with NPRR 570 • Aligns with the phased approach and contains the boxed language for second phase to OD+5 and OD+55 for Initial and Final • Recommend approval of COPMGRR 036 Meeting Title (optional)

CSWG Initiatives- • CRR Balancing Account concept- presented today by ERCOT • SFT resettlement issue has the Balancing Account resettlements completed and posted in September for April and May 2013 • ERCOT working on a more standardized format for Pre-Pay customers • NPRR 568 Real-Time Reserve Price Adder Based on Operating Reserve Demand Curve • Impact to Imbalance Energy settlement through price adder to RTSPP • New charge types for AS Imbalance Payment/Charge • Impacts to Real Time Revenue Neutrality • CSWG will begin to discuss and educate as the NPRR proceeds on urgent track Meeting Title (optional)
