Real Time Settlement Timeline • With NPRR 570 implementation (TD 1/1/2014), CSWG will continue to look at impacts going forward to the timeline and settlement results • CSWG leadership has requested feedback from market participants regarding alternative methods for estimation • Examples of Base Points in lieu of meter data for resources and backcast weather adjusted load estimates were discussed at the last CSWG meeting • While results of application of Base Points and backcast load indicated small changes from estimate to actual, the process does not necessarily cover all concerns on market data (i.e. smaller generators, NOIE load available for estimate) • Example was provided for discussion purposes only • CSWG meetings will continue to be in person through March to discuss impacts of the timeline, then return to webex as committed

Notification of Financial Impact of Settlement Disputes • Item was assigned to CSWG based on a concern from ERCOT that the Settlement Dispute report on the MIS was not meeting ERCOT protocol • Discussions at CSWG indicated that there could be improvements to the report • Last CSWG meeting we discussed the following process: • Report back to COPS that some improvements may be desired for the report but they would require a scoping effort and System Change Request • Interim step to draft an NPRR that will align protocol language with the current report Meeting Title (optional)

ERCOT Updates • Review CSWG Meeting site for Dec 9 2013 presentation • Default Uplift notice ~$7K • Settlement Input Data Error • Detailed presentation on the issues from 11-1-2013 to 12-1-2013 • Data elements and charge types effected are indicated as well as timeline of corrections.
