  6. Online Registration Go online to: co-parenting.okstate.edu

  7. Online Registration • Review the online calendar and select a class to attend.

  8. Online Registration • Print and fill out the registration form.

  9. Online Registration • Click the link to fill out the online survey. Print Verification form at the end.

  10. Online Registration • Send the following materials to the county extension office providing the class:

  11. Extension Office Registration • Participant contacts county extension office to get information about co-parenting classes.

  12. Extension Office Registration • Extension office asks participant to come in to get a Co-Parenting Packet, or office can choose to send packet in mail. Packet includes:

  13. Extension Office Registration • Participant fills out the registration form and completes the survey. • Participant chooses to send in or drop off the following materials at the extension office providing the class:
