  2. MODEL: 3319265 KIT/MFG-BACK-UP ALARM 82/90 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 2DATE: 7-9-05 Remove accelerator pedal and squeegee box. Take pivot pin out to remove accelerator pedal. Remove hardware to remove squeegee box. Save hardware and pin for reinstallation later. Tools: 7/16” Socket / Air Ratchet

Get (1) SCR-HEX,#08-32X1.00 ZP (3400243) and (3) NUTS-HEX #8-32 ZP (3400073). Put (1) NUT-HEX #8-32 ZP on SCR-HEX,#08-32X1.00 ZP and thread bolt with nut into top hole of squeegee box, as shown above. Put other two nuts on bolt inside box, as shown above. Get (1) SWITCH-HYD SQUEEGEE LIFT (3302678). Insert into top slot in squeegee box, as shown above. Parts: 3302678 / 3400243 / 3400073

MODEL: 3319265 KIT/MFG-BACK-UP ALARM 82/90 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 4DATE: 7-9-05 Rocker Arm Test SWITCH-HYD SQUEEGEE LIFT with rocker arm in squeegee box to make sure switch engages. Tighten jam nuts on switch to hold in position and tighten NUTS-HEX #8-32 ZP on SCR-HEX,#08-32X1.00 ZP to hold bolt in position. Replace squeegee box and accelerator pedal to installation positions and test to ensure pedal engages SWITCH-HYD SQUEEGEE LIFT.

Strip end of wire and install (1) TERMINAL-RING 14-16 WIRE #10 (3400255). 3500226 Get (1) HORN-BACK-UP (3303002). Remove one nut from top post. Put ring terminal on top post, as shown at top right. Replace nut on post. Tighten, as shown at bottom right. Parts: 3500226 / 3400255 / 3303002 Tools: Wire Cutters / Wire Terminal Tool 11/32” Wrench

Use existing hole to mount left side of HORN-BACK-UP. Drill 1/8” starter hole and enlarge to 7/16” hole to mount right side, as shown at right. Tools: Marking Pen / 1/8” Drill Bit Universal Drill Bit / Air Drill

MODEL: 3319265 KIT/MFG-BACK-UP ALARM 82/90 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 7DATE: 7-9-05 3400042 Mount HORN-BACK-UP with (2) WASHERS-FLAT 1/4 STANDARD ZP (3400089) on (2) SCRS-HEX,1/4-20X0.75 ZP (3400042), secured on the inside of the frame with (2) NUTS-FLANGE LOCK 1/4-20 ZP (3400063). Tighten. Parts: 3400089 / 3400042 / 3400063 Tools: 7/16” Socket / Air Ratchet

  8. MODEL: 3319265 KIT/MFG-BACK-UP ALARM 82/90 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 8DATE: 7-9-05 Open right-side door. Run red wire forward from HORN-BACK-UP, inside frame to hopper compartment. Then run wire back through grommet in forward wall to squeegee box, as shown at bottom right.

  9. MODEL: 3319265 KIT/MFG-BACK-UP ALARM 82/90 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 9DATE: 7-9-05 3400710 3400710 Pull excess length of red wire through grommet hole. Cut wire and install (1) TERMINAL-FEMALE 14-16 GA INSUL (3400710). Connect to one male terminal of SWITCH-HYD SQUEEGEE LIFT. Install (1) TERMINAL-FEMALE 14-16 GA INSUL to other end of red wire and connect to other male terminal on SWITCH-HYD SQUEEGEE LIFT, as shown above. Run other end of red wire back through grommet hole, forward to fuse panel. Parts: 3400710 Tools: Wire Cutters / Terminal Tool

  10. MODEL: 3319265 KIT/MFG-BACK-UP ALARM 82/90 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 10DATE: 7-9-05 Reinstall accelerator pedal and squeegee box with original hardware. Test pedal to ensure contact with SWITCH-HYD SQUEEGEE LIFT in squeegee box. Tools: 7/16” Socket / Air Ratchet

MODEL: 3319265 KIT/MFG-BACK-UP ALARM 82/90 DOCUMENTED BY: John MyersPAGE NUMBER: 11DATE: 7-9-05 3400710 3322601 3400710 Install (1) TERMINAL-FEMALE 14-16 GA INSUL (3400710) to end of red wire and connect to top left terminal on fuse panel. Install (1) FUSE-15 AMP ATO (3322601) in top-left slot in fuse panel. Test HORN-BACK-UP. Parts: 3400710 / 3322601 Tools: Wire Cutters / Wire Terminal Tool
