Geography 2 Man Made Features of Portugal -A 300 hundred statue of Jesus Christ located on the top of a mountain. -The Tower of Belem an ancient tower built along the ocean. -The Igreja De NossaSenhora Do Castelo a large palace. -Neo-Manueline museum built in 1893. - Dolma Da Herdade Do Barrocal an old medieval windmill.

History 15th century- The nomad cattle herders settled down and built villages called Motillas meaning (fortifications in the top of man made hills). 12th century- Allis Ubbo was founded (Lisbon). 10th century- Towns started growing in the western side of Portugal from immigrants. 8th century – they started working with iron a lot. 5th century- They made there first mint coins in Portugal's peninsula.

  7. Economics Portugal has Tungsten, Tin, chromium, marble, copper,granite, limestone, and Uranium. Portugal trades with Africa, Brazil, India, China, and Japan. Their currency is Euros.
