  1. How to Maintain Glucose Level in the Body to AvoidDiabetes Blood sugar or glucose comes from the food you take and it is the main source of energy for your body to be healthy. Diabetes is a disease that occurs if your blood sugar levels are too high or low. If your blood sugar level is high then it is considered hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia mean a condition that your blood sugar level is low.

  2. Hyperglycemia Hyperglycemia is a condition in which the patient's blood glucose level is higher than normal. Due to this, it causes vomiting, excessive hunger, and thirst, rapid heartbeat, vision problems, and other symptoms. If the blood glucose level is higher than 126 mg/dl in fasting then it is considered hyperglycemia.
