  2. What is the Aspiration? • A systems-based approach to achieving community outcomes. • Provides a means for all parts of the community tocollaborate and align their expertise and resources toward common goals and outcomes.

  3. Looks to the future • Identify community goals • Identify measures to track progress • Key actions/leverage points to move us from where we are today to where we want to be tomorrow. • Continuously track progress • Update actions or goals as needed

  4. Jobs & Wages • Carroll Cty has the fewest livable wage jobs in NH. • More than 1 out of 2 jobs don’t pay a living wage for a 2 working parent, 2 child family • At minimum wage, both parents would have to work 63.5 hours per week • 51% of jobs are in retail, accommodations, & recreation (NH 29%) Prepared by Carroll County United
