Key Objectives To co-ordinate key actions between Government Departments in order to: (1) Deliver a sustained reduction in poverty and associated issues, across all ages; and (2) Improve children and young people’s health, wellbeing and life opportunities thereby breaking the long-term cycle of multi-generational problems.

Signature Programmes • Additional 230Graduate teachers to deliver one to one tuition in primary & post primary schools; • Establishment of 10 Family Support Hubs; • Additional 50 Health Workers for positive parenting programmes; • 10 Social Enterprise Incubation Hubs in local communities across areas of multiple deprivation; • Roll out of NEET Pilot (currently benefits 20 families– extend pilot up to 500); • Additional 20 Nurture Units rolled out across NI
