Achievements and Collaborations of Luz Teresa Padró in 2008

In 2008, Luz Teresa Padró attended multiple prestigious conferences, including the American Association for Aerosol Research (AAAR) Meeting in Orlando, where she received a Student Travel Grant for her presentation. She was also awarded the AIChE Women's Initiatives Committee Travel Award at the AIChE Conference in Philadelphia. Padró renewed her NASA Earth System Science Fellowship for 2008-2009 and plans to defend her thesis in Summer 2009. She is seeking postdoctoral positions to investigate the health effects of aerosols.
