    17. Testable or Not Testable? Is this a testable question? How does a paper airplane fly? No, because there is not a manipulated variable and a responding variable in the question.

    18. Make the Question Testable To change the question so it is testable: First list some variables that you could manipulate that are involved with flight of a paper airplane wing shape body shape type of paper used
