  7. COPCN Process County Ordinance 2001-09 Sec. 20-92 (4) Applicant must“Provide a statement of facts showing the demand or need for the proposed service”

  8. COPCN Process • EMS Office must • Notice application in newspaper as well as to all potentially affected parties • Investigate accuracy of application of the public need for the proposed service • Make Recommendation to the EMSAC • EMSAC then makes recommendation to BCC
