  1. Engage Volunteers for Non Profit social Projects to bring awareness for development Find these young superstars to boost your power and increase your impact globally SCIP Inc. (Saving Children In Poverty)

  2. Engage Volunteers for Non Profit social Projects to bring awareness for development At the moment, young people appear to be self-organized and follow their nobles. Probably, they will not walk into your organization and will start volunteering. You are supposed to have a distinct, nontraditional, and dedicated program to search for the young volunteers and convince them to get involved in one of your non-profit social projects. You can visit different places where these young people are mostly found, their extracurricular activities, sports activities, or special interest groups where they gather on daily basis. Respect their interests! Young volunteers usually want to help organizations indirectly. They may show up late or leave early. So lighten up on your guidelines and get their smart help. While older volunteers wish to come in the limelight, many young volunteers want to keep their identity anonymous and want to help from a distance. Try to understand the concerns of the young people and offer them incentives that meet their requirements. Mostly, these young superstars are worried about their college fees so if possible present them with proposals that can help them financially.

  3. There are specific sites that can keep you up to date with young volunteers such as DoSomething.org, the Corporation for National and Community Service and Youth Volunteer corps. Find these young superstars to boost your power and increase your impact globally Ask and request People usually overlook this thing and do not ask for help but you need to really ask people to volunteer. And you will be surprised that many people don’t even know about your social program. However, you can always get great help from these young volunteers who are full of energy and zeal to promote your social cause. Once you start searching for young volunteers outside your small circle, the Internet will supplement you further. Many communities have their own websites where they post for the volunteer opportunities in non-profit social projects. As young people are more into online mode so you can always get good people for volunteering through websites. There’s another way to fetch that young talent- that is the offline mode, you can collab with faith organizations and civic groups where you can speak about volunteering. You can meet different people at volunteer fairs and community events, which is also a great way to get the new potential volunteers. You need to be clear about the opportunity Obviously, volunteer is not a precise description of a job. This only means that someone is ready to help without being paid. So, if you post out for volunteers, no one will know exactly what you are asking for. So rather than calling for volunteers, you should ask people to do the particular jobs you want volunteers for. Potential volunteers will then get to know for exactly what you’re looking for, and will approach you to offer their services in one of your non-profit social projects.

  4. Make their needs your priority Young superstars are wonderful and offer their zealous services whenever they want to support a cause. Many social organizations need them but you should think about this question that why they want to offer their services. It is really simple to center align your organizational needs, but you should not always follow the same strategy- “We need help!” as this will not work every time. Try to focus on the needs of the volunteers, consider why they are willing to give their precious time for your non-profit social projects. They want to make a difference using their skills and talents and want to work for a cause they believe in.
