  2. Geographical Position From the map,we can find where JiLin is. Jilin is located in the central part of northeast china. North of Heilongjiang Province, Liaoning province to the south, west of the Inner Mongolia, east border with Russia, in southeast Tumen River and the Yalu River is as the boundary river, and the Noruth Korea across the river.
