Territorio PSAG: EL PROCESO La clave de reflexión del PSAG se ha situado en un triple marco: - Estrategia Europea de Desarrollo Sostenible - Estrategia Ambiental Vasca - Escenario de Gipuzkoa innovadora G2020 Participación: - Algunos departamentos muy irregular - Grupo de 25 responsables técnicos forales con participación constante y muy activa - Grupo de técnicos de AL21 - Un representante de Eusko Ikaskuntza
