Discussion – main points • “Train the Trainer” Programme is valuable tool for improving instructor’s capabilities; • Identified need for common PSO “training book”; • Common Web-site as a tool of exchange of information; • Co-operation and exchange of information with PfP Consortium (ADL & CD WG) on a regular basis;
Discussion – main points • Co-operation between the PTCs has become an important tool for more cost-effective training and exchange of experience since the idea of the PTCs Conference was launched
Way ahead • PTC’s bulletin (magazine) should be issued on a regular basis; • “Train the Trainer” Programme should continue; • PTCs should have access to Lessons Learned Data-base(s); • Exchange of instructors, course material, methods, existing (national) curricula, etc., should be daily bussiness;
Way ahead • All PTCs should validate the information on the Web-site prior to the Conference; • Creation of a new Web page in the common Web site for sharing problems, needs,etc.; • Regional harmonization is a useful approach when it is in benefit to the PTCs Community.
