Issues Under Review I087 – PUCT Substantive Rule §25.493 (e) states that ERCOT “shall develop procedures to facilitate the expeditious transfer of large numbers of customers from one REP to another.” Next Step: RMGRR submitted to for Short-term Solution Texas SET developing procedures for Long-term Solution 3

  4. Issues Under Review I089 – Ability for ERCOT to display AMS meter indicator on TML Next Step: Issue has been closed and a PRR submitted I090 – Need additional information to resolve errors on the CBCI file Next Step: ERCOT to provide feedback on whether Market Testing would be required 4

  5. Issues Under Review I091 – CNP received 814_08 A95 cancels on several 814_26 (historical usage) transactions from ERCOT in error Next Step: ERCOT researching why these cancels went out 5

  6. Issues Under Review I093 – Review the language for the CBCI and determine if CSAs should be included in the monthly CBCI file submission Next Step: Issue has been closed and a RMGRR submitted 6

  7. Issues Under Review I094 – Allowing only 1 ignore loop in a monthly meter read is causing information to be lost when a meter change occurs Next Step: DRG outflow needs to come in one ignore loop – whether that be on the original 867 or through a replacement of that information. TDSPs are researching what option is most viable in their systems 7
