  3. Pre-Travel 23rd June March Schedule: 8.45: arrive at school in own clothes and leave all luggage in classroom. 9.00: all parents to say goodbye on playground. Children will need: Packed Lunch (Disposable bag) A suitcase or hold-all (They can carry themselves) Hand Luggage – rucksack (With something to do!) Snack and water for journey Children will need to hand in: Any medication referred to on the medical form Travel sickness tablets (If really needed!) Sweets/ biscuits in a named bag Up to £5 spending money in a named wallet/purse. We will take: First Aid equipment etc… We hope to be home in time for the end of the school day on Friday 27th June

  4. Four multi-bedded rooms each with an en-suite • toilet, basin and shower. • Adults sited either end of chalet. • Full night time patrol Windmill HillAccommodation

  5. 07.00 - PGL staff wake up the group08.15 - Breakfast (English or Continental, cereal, toast and drinks) 09.00- First activity session10.30 - Break 10.45 - Second activity session12.15 - Hot lunch or packed lunch 13.45 - Third activity session15.15 - Break 15.30 - Fourth activity session17.00 - Supervised free time17.30 - 19.00 - 2 course evening meal19.00 - 20.30 - Evening entertainment.

  7. Staying safe! The PGL Code of Practice describes all safety and operational procedures both on and off-site including: risk assessments staff to pupil ratios operating procedures staff vetting and training site security first aid procedures emergency procedures

  8. Keeping in Touch! The school will try and keep the website updated as much as we can as to how we are getting on: Please contact the school office in the event of an emergency. If we have any worries – we will contact you – we have all emergency contacts with us.
