  3. Computers • 5 Thin Client Computers • Can access all your saved files • Can access programs for classes • Can access from home • Use only your ID and password • NO IM, chat rooms, or boards • For schoolwork only!!!!

  4. Main Library • Houses the Fiction, Non-Fiction and Reference Collections • Periodicals • Circulation desk • TV and cable connection • Laptop cart with 30 wireless computers.

  5. Tech Rooms • Two back rooms of the LMC • House the servers and the infrastructure of our computer network • Mr. Marino, Mr. Woods, and Mr. Dodd are in charge of network.

The Collection • Reference Collection • General facts and information • Located under the windows • Reference materials do not circulate • Non-Fiction • Arranged according to the Dewey Decimal system • First three sections • Fiction • Arranged alphabetically by the author’s last name • Many volumes of YA fiction - my personal favorite. • Last row – near computers

  8. Circulation Desk • Always sign in when you arrive and put pass in the basket. • Feel free to borrow supplies • Pencil sharpener • Blank Paper • Photocopier • Sign-out books (two weeks) • Dictionaries • Extra Textbooks

  9. Library Rules • Be nice to EVERYONE! • Be Productive! • No more than four to a table. • Put things back where you found them. • No food or drinks. • Do not leave without permission. • DO NOT TIP IN THE CHAIRS!!!
