  2. The Rafale fighter jets controversy is all set to play a consequential role in the upcoming general elections. It seems that the Congress making its strategy to make this point its’ weapon for the next general election against BJP.

  3. Gandhi had the question of why contract taken away from HAL although it has a very good record? And another thing is why the price revised from Rs 526 crore to Rs 1,600 crore?

  4. Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman pointed out that it was the Congress that fiddled around with the deal and was unable to seal it during its 10 years in power, which jeopardised national security. While the BJP government finalised one in 14 months.

  5. After so many argument between these two parties, now the argument is changed it’s direction from Rafale deal to gender issues. As Rahul Gandhi said that Modi chose a woman to defend him in the Parliament while he ran away from it.

  6. The Congress and BJP are employing every trick in the political playbook to use the Rafale issue to their advantage. Will the public ever get to the truth of the matter? Someday certainly. But will that happen before the general elections, which are barely a handful of months away? That remains the big question.
