  4. Pura Luhur Uluwatu is regarded as one of the six most important temples in Bali. Its location on the south westernmost point of the entire island guards the Balinese from evil spirits of the ocean.   The temple itself is situated on the coral reef sordid to sea about 80 meters above the sea level. It is featured by a small dry forest which is mostly called by Alas Kekeran (interdict forest) which is belong to the temple and dwelt by a lot of monkeys and other animal. Luhur means "something of divine origin" and the name of Uluwatu was come from the word Ulu meaning the head and Watu meaning stone. Therefore Uluwatu Temple mean the temple built in tip of coral reef and watching the giant swells and Indian Ocean waves crash against the cliffs is enough to mesmerize anyone. .

  5. In papyrus of Usana Bali mentioned that Mpu Kuturan (The Hindu Priest who spread out the Hinduism in Bali) had built a lot of temple in this island and one of them Uluwatu Temple. The building of Parhyangan in Uluwatu Temple is done by Mpu Kuturan in the early 16 century after he lifted to become the Purohita (priest of king adviser) from king of Dalem Waturenggong commander in the year 1460-1552 .

  6. However, the real tourist attraction are the crazy evil monkeys. They steal everything shiny from you including sun glasses, bracelets, etc. The funny thing about it is that there are people selling bananas everywhere, and once your belongings have been stolen, you'll need to trade the monkeys back for them using bananas! Ever traded with a monkey? Try it, it's fun although nerve wrecking at times….

  7. This is a great place to watch the sunset and be entertained by the monkeys (take of your glasses or anything valuable which they may try to take)!

Calotropis gigantea, Milkweed, Biduri Is used alone or with other plants to treat common disease such as fevers, rheumatism, indigestion, cough, cold, eczema, elephantiasis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, asthma .Dried whole plant is a good tonic, expectorant, depurative, anthelmintic. The flowers are bitter, stomachic, anthelmintic, digestive, astringent, and tonic.

  9. Nowadays, Uluwatu beside as place for worship, it had been also opened as a tourist destination. This site offers the amazing panorama of deep clip bank of white stone with rocky beach valley under it. It is also blessed by the breathtaking view of sunset and spectacular Balinese Kecak Dance performed every day those are completing this site as one of the favorite tourist destinations in Bali.
