8. JAMES 1:14-15 • “But each one is tempted by his lusts, being drawn away and seduced by them. Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth sin. And sin, when it is fully formed, brings forth death.” (MKJV)

9. WHAT IS THE SPRIT OF LUST? • It is abnormal, uncontrollable sexual desires influenced by evil spirits.

10. It is the lust of the flesh amplified and can not be controlleduntil one is set free. • It destroys the person who possess it and other people. • Every sin has a spirit behind it.

11. Evil spirits cannot enter a person unless they are given permission or find an open door into your life.

12. WHAT BRINGS THE SPIRIT OF LUST?

13. 1. PERVERSION OF THE MIND What is perversion? • Distortion, or corruption of the original course, meaning or state of something. b)Sexual behavior that is considered abnormal and unacceptable.

14. Romans 1:21-28 (NIV) • Vs 21 • For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.

22. Sexual perversion Homosexuality • Those who are married did not want to use the natural way. • Natural relation changed. • Men want to marry men, and women want to marry women

23. Homosexuality is not natural it is demonic. • It is a strong hold built in the mind • It gains strength from the spirit of deception

29. Masterbation • Having sex with yourself • It is self centered • It is addictive • It affects marriages • It opens doors to evil spirits

30. 4. SEXUAL SINS • 1 Corinthians 6: 15-16 • “Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never!

31. Vs 16 • “Or do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, "The two will become one flesh.” • (ESV)

32. When you are joined with a prostitute sexually, the spirit of lust enters you

33. b) Sexual abuse • This act is demonic • Rape opens the door for the spirit of lust • Rape destroys self Identify, brings hurts and bitterness.

34. 5. THROUGH WITCHDOCTORS • Women and men who go to witch doctors to get charms that will attract men towards them. • They get a demon of Lust • Beware, they are dangerous

36. A child can be born with the sprit of rejection if the mother wanted to abort her child. • Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit in His mothers womb • A prostitute will birth a child with a spirit of lust.

37. HOW TO OVERCOME • Confess your sin and do not hide it. James 5:16 • Repent and renounce it • Seek counsel from your spiritual leaders • Flee from sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18

38. 1 John 3:8 • “He who practices sin is of the Devil, for the Devil sins from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was revealed, that He might undo the works of the Devil.” (MKJV)
