  1. Depressed Facts Sadness? Depressed? Feelings Alone? Do you feel exhausted?  Both physically and mentally? Perhaps from my depressing experience, I can bring you some clarifications!  It is Depressing that in Indians don’t take depression seriously, we don’t share, and we don’t speak, or don’t do anything for it. WHO estimates that 4 in 1 people in the world will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives. India had over 258,000 suicides, with the age-group of 15-49 years because of depression and we all know about Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajputhas committed suicide due to depression.   2. What is depression? • Depression is a mental disorder/neurological disorder. It will therefore mainly “attack” your mind. Your state of mind is caught in a negative spiral.
