No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  7. TCID Edit Values With this enhancement, IMA will accept only valid TCI codes in the TCID field. The restriction is being placed on this field due to the high volume of invalid entries occurring in production. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  8. TCID Edit Values, Cont. GUI users will receive a drop down list of valid values to choose from when entering TCID. Current valid values are: 04, 05, 06, 25, 30, 39, 45, 55, 65, 70, 71, 74, 75, 76 This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  9. Edit Account Number (AN) With this enhancement, IMA will edit field entries to ensure that valid Account Number (AN) data is passed to FTS. • AN entries will be restricted. The user must designate the TN they wish to convert, change, or disconnect by entering a valid TN in the AN field, placeholders (000-000-0000) are no longer valid for these activities. • Placeholders will continue to be valid for ACT = N LSRs and Unbundled Loop CLEC to CLEC conversions (ACT = V) when the manual indicator is ‘Y’. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  10. Restrict RCU Entry with PPU Blocking USOCs With this enhancement, IMA will check for invalid FID and/or FID Data in the Feature Detail field. If these values do appear in the feature detail of their LSR, then IMA will reject the LSR. The invalid values have been identified as: • RCU • COT • AC • SDS • VFA • AR • TWC This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  11. IMA Will Reject USOC NLUXG with Feature Activity N or T The USOC NLUXG is grandparented and invalid in the SOP’s with an IN action code. When a CLEC adds this USOC in IMA, FTS errors the order in the SOP for the USOC to be removed. When a CLEC attempts to enter the USOC NLUXG on the Resale Form with a Feature Activity of N or T, IMA will reject the request with the following error message: "USOC NLUXG is grandparented and is not available for new installation. Please choose a new package." This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  12. UBL Dispatch USOC There is still some misunderstanding around the use of the proper use of the DSPTCH field. CLECs often request a dispatch when they don’t need it, or don’t request it when they do. With this enhancement, IMA will now decide whether the dispatch USOC should be added for many LSRs. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  13. UBL Dispatch USOC, Cont. CLECs will not be able to populate anything in the LSR DSPTCH field for UBL, when LSR ACT = N, T, M, C, or D. Dispatch is assumed when the LSR ACT = N, T, or M and IMA sends a dispatch indicator to FTS. When the ACT = D or C, DSPTCH is never used and the dispatch indicator is not sent. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  14. Due Date Supplemental Category 2 With this enhancement, IMA will automatically process SUP 2 (Desired Due Date change) supplemental requests on orders that have been submitted to the SOP. SUP 2 LSRs that meet flow through criteria will be sent to FTS (providing the SUP 2 LSR passes all BPL edits). Qwest internal systems will modify the new Desired Due Date for any Service Order(s) associated with that LSR. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  15. Due Date Supplemental Category 2 IMA will only allow the following fields to be modified by the CLEC for a SUP 2 LSR: • VER • D/T SENT (for EDI users only) • DDD • APT CON • DDDO If other fields are changed, IMA will reject the SUP 2 LSR, and will return a message to the CLEC stating: “This is a SUP 2 LSR (due date change supplemental) – only.” • APPTIME • DFDT • SUP • EXP This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  16. End-User Migrate and Move IMA will allow CLEC migration and move activity to be submitted on a single LSR. A new field, ‘EUMI’ (End User Move Indicator), will be implemented on the End User (EU) form. The EUMI field will allow CLECs to indicate move activity associated with a migration. An entry in the EUMI field will be required for select products, when the ACT field contains a ‘V’. NOTE: Migrate and move activity is valid for Full Migrations only. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  17. End-User Migrate and Move , Cont. The IMA Business Process Layer (BPL) will require a valid entry of ‘Y’ or ‘N’ in the EUMI field(s), when the ACT=V and the LSR is for one of the following products: • POTS Resale • BRI ISDN Resale • Centrex 21 • UNE POTS (P or Star) • UNE P ISDN BRI • UNE Centrex 21 (P or Star) This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  18. End-User Migrate and Move , Cont. For select products, CLECs will be required to enter a valid value in the EUMI field (EU form) for migration activity (ACT=V). If the CLEC fails to provide a valid EUMI value or associated LNA value(s), IMA will reject the LSR with the following messages: • “EUMI must be Y or N” • “EUMI field contains multiple different values, cannot determine action” This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  19. End-User Migrate and Move, Cont. A new field, EUMI’ (End User Move Indicator), will be included on the End User (EU) form. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  20. IMA PreOrder – Use ACNA to Retrieve a DLR This enhancement enables a CLEC to submit a PreOrder DLR request using their ACNA and a circuit ID. Previously, some circuit Ids required RSID/ZCID information instead of ACNA. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes. No other use of the material is permitted without the express written consent of Qwest. Qwest Communications 2002

  21. Create new CLEC access level for IMA GUI This enhancement creates a new CLEC and Facility Based user access level for the IMA GUI that allows only PreOrder functions to be performed. The new "Pre_Order_User" access level will allow system administrators to more effectively manage their internal users' access to the IMA GUI.
