Rural Community Development Initiative Program In South Carolina • Three year USDA funded grant • Working in South Carolina with the nine communities of Calhoun Falls,Chesnee, Eastover, Lockhart, Mitford, Norway, Ridge Spring , Summerton, andWhitmire. • Seven of the nine communities are doing water and wastewater asset management. • Each community has less than 2,500 residents.
