  3. Sabritas Corn needs: 25% from small producers Insufficient production and uncertain quality. Unfeasible long term relationship with corn suppliers (cost plus) under current social and economic conditions. Location: Jalisco & Michoacán, close to our production site. 60% from large producers Transportation and warehouse costs. Location: Sinaloa, far from our production site. Small producers 59% of Mexico production: Less than 5 Ha. mainly production for subsistence. Low yields and low profit. No funding. No insurance. No technical support or education. No commercialization certainty because of brokers, market conditions & others. Migration Program background

Already associated with key participants for supplies, funding, and insurance: Monsanto, FYPA, National Insurance Co, and others. Accountability audited by Mancera, Ernst & Young.   6. Performance Development of long term corn suppliers (cost plus) meeting volume, quality and price. Improved reputation and image: poverty reduction through economic development and education. $100 MUSD per year potential warehouse and transport cost reduction. $50 MUSD per year potential price cost reductions. Purpose Social development for 300 families in Jalisco. Access to funding Access to technical support 80% improved land productivity 400% income increase 30,000 hrs of education. Community building
