  3. Today’s Goal • All participating energy companies will launch a STEM Reading is Power! programthis year.

  4. Who is here today? • Over 35 sites from states across the country • Electric, gas, and nuclear companies and associations • Investor-owned, municipal and cooperative companies

  5. Learning Objectives As a result of this one-hour seminar, participants will be able to: • Explain why hosting a STEM reading program can make a difference in preparing tomorrow’s workforce • Identify the steps for facilitating a STEM reading program • Apply how to use the items in the toolkit to host a reading program at their energy companies
