January Students start submitting FAFSAs May Processing of loan applications starts Mid September Returning students are sent a “Right to cancel” notification for the 1st disbursement End September First disbursement activated- returning students Start October New students are sent a “Right to cancel” notification for the 1st disbursement Mid October 1st disbursement activated- new students Satisfactory Academic Progress form sent to students November December Students are sent a “Right to cancel” notification for the 2nd disbursement January 2nd disbursement activated, provided signed progress form has been received March Satisfactory Academic Progress form sent to students and students who will be receiving their final disbursement are sent information about requirement for exit counselling Mid April Students are sent a “Right to cancel” notification for the 3rd disbursement EndApril 3rd disbursement activated, provided signed progress form has been received and student has completed exit counselling (if relevant)
